There’s so much to see and do in Gettysburg! We had an incredibly fun and thrilling day. It started with some sunrise photography at Cemetery Hill. Next, we took a Battlefield tour, which was narrated by a local gentleman whose grandparents lived during the Battle of Gettysburg. He knew his facts, and the stories he told about his grandmother’s farm during the battle were riveting. Later, we drove through the same battlefields, stopping to look more closely at some of the monuments dedicated to those who died. There are some true works of art honoring the dead. I took many photographs, including one of the three of us as we prepared for our Ghost Tour in the evening. We tried to come up with a name for our “Paranormal Team” but I don’t think we ever agreed on one. We topped the evening off with a visit back to the battlefields because I forgot some of my belongings on a fencepost. Thanks for that escort Ranger Patrick!
