I’m really excited to announce the Grand Opening of Sylva Creative Concepts. As I launch this website with my first blog post, I’m hoping you’ll enjoy reading about my adventures in photography, and seeing my latest images. There are many people I’d like to credit with helping me to get my business started. I appreciate the education and experience I have gained attending classes, and participating in photography workshops, and expeditions. Many thanks to my fabulous teachers at Dan’s Camera City, Creative Photo Workshops, and Artsquest. I’d also like to thank the people who have encouraged me to start this business because they love my work. A special thank you goes out to two inspirational people: my favorite model, the lovely Lysi Trapp, and my wonderful partner Jeremy Driscoll, who created this website. My first post is from a session this summer. I have known the Jenkins family for 6 years. I’ve watched their 2 children grow up and move through elementary school. It was a warm summer day when we all got together at Lockridge Park in Alburtis for a family photo session. What made this session memorable was how everyone had such interesting ideas for poses, and their willingness to try different things. There were so many great shots, that we all had a hard time choosing our favorites. Thank you to the Jenkins Famliy!
