Today was a very special day. I got married to my love, Jerry. Our daughter Elysia was maid of honor, and we had a beautiful, outdoor ceremony at The Meadows in Hellertown, PA. Elysia sang a song that she and Jerry wrote for the occasion, as Jerry accompanied her on guitar. Our families were there to share our happiness. It was a perfect day. We wanted to bring a little bit of Cape May to our wedding, so we had a Victorian beach theme. Every year when we go to Cape May, we enjoy the beautiful wisteria that blooms everywhere. We decorated the reception hall with wisteria from our garden. It’s interesting how some small, personal touches can create a cohesive theme that makes an event memorable.
