At some point your child is going to leave home.  You wonder where the time has gone, and ponder how your relationship will change.  College is a transformational experience.  You anticipate the adventures that lie ahead, both good and bad.  You’re excited, proud, and somewhat freaked out.  At least that’s how I felt.  In order to celebrate our years together, we decided to document the joy in Cape May.  This was Elysia’s first trip to Cape May, and she loved it.  Our trip was short, but loaded with fun and laughter.  I convinced her to let me take this photo because I knew it would be meaningful to me.  I gave it a painterly effect.  So long Lysi.  I love you.
