My daughter is a senior this year, and we have been considering colleges for her. We visited West Chester University today. It is a beautiful school with a historic campus. We met with the heads of the departments for both her planned majors. Then we enjoyed a trip to a fantastic eatery downtown, the Roots Cafe. They specialize in local, organically grown ingredients and have a wonderfully unique menu. If Elysia chooses to attend West Chester, we’ll be return customers for sure!
