I recently took a class at Dan’s Camera City on Sports Photography in anticipation of attending the Lehigh University football game today. Dan’s is running an expedition to this game. We get to stand on the sidelines during the game to photograph the action. Maybe you recall that I had some difficulty with sports photography at Eagle Training camp. Dan’s classes are great at giving you tips that bring you wonderful results. I was really happy with the entire experience. It’s funny that I went to Lehigh University twice for undergraduate and graduate work, and this is the first football game I attended there. Lehigh lost (48-41), but it was a very exciting game. There wasn’t much defense on either side, but all the scoring made for some great photographs. I shot this image before the game of one of the University of New Hampshire players as he prepared mentally for the game.
